Hello everyone and welcome to my Real Estate blog. Here you can ask me a question and leave comments for others, etc. I need to add a disclaimer from the start!
This is my personal blog and is not intended to represent whatever real estate company that I may be associated with at the time, nor my company broker or his or her opinions. Real Estate companies, in general, refrain from making political comments and, again, in general, try to project a 'professional image' that is devoid of political party affiliation, so as not to offend anyone.
I am pro-peace, first and foremost, pro-worker, pro-"the little guy", pro-charity, a Democrat, and also a liberal. From time to time, I may make political statements or comments, which are my own personal views.
Because business (in general, and the Real Estate business in particular), is so 'competitive' there are 'competitors' who would do things that are quite unethical and even at times illegal. There are also the spamers, trolls and other malicious types!
Therefore, in order to prevent these sorts from sabotaging this blog with profanity and or comments that are purposely misleading, and or designed (however cleverly and subtly) to undermine this blog, I will preview all posts before they are published.
However, please feel free to share your comments, posts, and additional information and tips with our other readers and I'd like to thank everyone whom posts to this site in advance.
The intent of this blog is to be a real estate resource for buyers and sellers. I hope that you will enjoy it and find it helpful and useful.
